EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace, for rejuvenation of your tired mind and body.

WHAT to bring: yoga mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, water, comfortable clothes. Limited spare equipment on the night, contact us if you require a mat.
