Explore the powerful and transformative effects of breathwork in this small group Breath Lab.

A gentle introduction workshop to various breathing techniques. Our approach focuses on nervous system regulation, is trauma-sensitive & there is no forcing or pushing. We use the breather's own rhythm and gentle techniques to release stress and trapped emotions.

Benefits of breathwork the breathers can experience: clarity and peace of mind, improved sleep, improved lung capacity, access to meditative states.

Luxurious experience in the serene gardens of 1770 Getaway, we will be breathing at the undercover deck next to the lily pond & tropical gardens. You will relax as soon as you enter the grounds, this is the most luscious setting in Agnes Water.
- After the session, guests are welcome to integrate their experience and enjoy the calmness of the gardens until 5pm.
WHAT to BRING? a yoga mat, a cushion or pillow, a blanket, comfortable & warm clothing. (Limited spare equipment on the day, please let us know in advance if you require a mat).

SAFE guided practice: your facilitator is a Certified Breathwork Instructor with Flow Institute Australia; she is also a Registered Nurse & trained in trauma-sensitive practices. Check out our facebook page and website for details.

** MEDICAL CONTRA-INDICATIONS**: Breathwork is NOT suitable for: pregnant women, people with epilepsy, heart disease, cardiovascular conditions like uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low), history of stroke, severe mental health conditions, severe asthma. If you have ANY medical condition (if not listed above) it is your responsibility to contact the organiser before buying a ticket, to discuss suitability for this workshop.
