Flow Church is on a mission. To help a refugee family find a home in our local community.
Did you know? The world is facing an unprecedented global refugee crisis. Every year, millions of people are forced to flee their homes to find safety. In the past decade alone, the number of people displaced from their homes has doubled from 41 million to 82.4 million people. The impact of war and persecution are immense, and many of us wish we could help.

Join us for an evening of smooth melodies and soulful rhythms at our Jazz Night Fundraiser Soirée! Immerse yourself in an evening of musical delight, savour the experience with a light supper available for all attendees and step into the world of timeless jazz as we come together to raise money and help a refugee family rebuild their lives.
In addition to music we will also hear more about the reality of refugees in the world and how we can help. There will also be further exciting opportunities to give on the night, with 100% of your contributions going directly towards the family.

Wondering exactly how your contribution will help refugee families?
Flow Church has committed to sponsoring a family of refugees for 12 months as they settle into new life here in Australia. This includes practical, hands-on support such as meeting the refugee family at the airport, finding and providing temporary accommodation, helping the family register with government services and language classes, enrolling the children in school, opening bank accounts, finding jobs or starting a business and more as the family needs.
Your contribution allows us to do all of the above and more! Whether that's finding furniture for the new family or supplying them with groceries to cook for themselves. Join us in helping those who have been displaced, through no fault of their own, to find safety in a new community and space they can call home.
Flow Church is implementing this program through The Welcome Home Project and Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia.
