Setting up at home:

Please feel free to jump on the link 10 minutes earlier to set yourself up on your yoga mat and mentally settle into your space at home. Dim the lights, burn some candles or incense and remove any distractions where you can. I will share a playlist in the Zoom class chat prior to the class starting. Also have a blanket/throw, some cushions and yoga blocks if you have any. Let's set the right vibes at home to completely decompress and melt into our bodies and minds.
