Join us for the launch of Flow For Her, a nonprofit wellness movement raising funds and awareness for gender equality and period poverty in developing nations.

This isn't just a Pilates class — it's a rooftop experience designed to leave you feeling empowered, connected, and part of something bigger.
Together, we’ll be raising up to $2,000 for The Pad Project, supporting women’s safety, health, and equality.
