A wholesome morning for the girls!
Start your Sunday with movement, nourishing food & connection.

The morning will begin with a 60 min grounding slow flow yoga class to connect us to our mind, body & breath. (** all levels welcome**)

After, we will share a delicious & nourishing breakfast together closing the morning off with a little sound bath to finish.

Come with friends or come alone & meet some incredible like minded women.
