Featuring: a sweet gratitude meditation session; vinyasa flow and yin wind down; a pot of chai so giant it could have its own postcode; and a chance to connect with other good humans. An opportunity to slow down and warm up amongst the island of blankets.

Doors at 4pm. Flowing at 4.30. Tea, chats and sweetness til dark.
