Your professional trainer Jessica Co has designed a 4 week program to introduce and develop your single staff skills, you will learn basic movements and choreography to get you well on the way to mastering staff flow.

A bit about your trainer - 

Jessica is a well seasoned professional flow artist - Starting her performing arts journey in Primary school Jess moved on to attend a performing arts high school majoring in contemporary dance and theatre arts, Now Jessica is the founder of the Newcastle fire and flow community and performs and manages creative teams for a variety of events and productions.
