WELCOME TO FLOW SKOOL October: Contact Staff & Dragon Staff Series

This month you will learn the art of contact flow and dragon staff!

Your experienced trainer Acky will give you all the basic - intermediate tips and tricks you can handle!

BYO staffs or you may ask to borrow or purchase one made by your trainer Acky.

Acky Will be teaching this short series in Gregson Park Hamilton NSW

Covid safe practises will be used. (1 per sq metre rule)

This series has been condensed into 2x 2hr classes over the last 2 weeks of October 2021.
