Flow-State Cacao Ceremony, Drum Journey and Sound Bath.

Come join us in community circle for a journey within and into your heart!

We invite you to join us for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony/Meditation/Medicine Durum Journey/Sound Bath and Vagus Nerve Breathing Meditation.

Relax and enjoy as we allow the Sacred Cacao to help to bring us into and open up our heart space. Then once the Cacao has warmed and nourished our body, mind and hearts, we will invite you to get comfy (please bring yoga mat, cushions and blankets to make yourself cozy) and be taken through a beautiful Meditation to transition into the Medicine Drum Journey. From there we will flow into a peaceful Sound Bath and finish off with a short Vagus Nerve Breathing session and sharing circle where you can share as much or as little as you feel.
