🌊 Flow State – A Somatic Dance Journey
Move like water. Return to flow.
In this immersive somatic dance experience, we explore what it means to live — and move — from our inner waters. When we drop into the body and listen deeply, we begin to move not from effort or force, but from an organic, fluid intelligence that lives within.
This is the state of flow — where presence, intuition, and movement become one.

Through breath, sensation, and sound, we will explore how to soften control, release stuckness, and surrender to the deeper currents moving through us. This is a space to feel, to express, to remember that your body knows the way.

There’s no choreography, no right way to move — just your body, in flow with itself, and the field we co-create.

About Ceri (Soularliving):
Ceri is a 200hr trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, a 200hr eco-somatic yoga guide, and a 300hr somatic dance facilitator, offering regular dance events in Wānaka.
She is currently studying Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and will complete her training by the end of 2025.
Ceri is passionate about weaving together her love of nature, somatics, and community to create spaces for expression, healing, and embodied aliveness.
