Flow State: Yoga for Teens aligns with the 2025 Nature Festival theme of Flow by exploring how the body, breath and mind move together in rhythm – just like the cycles of the natural world.

Yoga is rooted in connection – to self, to stillness, and to the environment. Even in an indoor setting, this session helps young people pause and reflect on the natural flows around and within them: the steady inhale and exhale of breath, the cycles of movement and rest, and the quiet awareness that deepens when we slow down.

In a world that can feel overwhelming, especially for teens, this event offers a chance to ground, breathe and build resilience by finding their own internal flow state.
