9DMT Cellular Regeneration uses immersive sound, breath, and guided visualization to shift your body into a state of deep repair. You descend through a vivid inner jungle and down a nine-step staircase into a crystal-lit cave, where a luminous healing pool restores you part by part — joints, organs, spine, throat, and mind — as the water rises over your body, with affirmations woven softly into the narration throughout.
At the journey's peak, a current carries you into a majestic domed underwater city, where glowing beings whisper affirmations of your worth. A radiant guide then offers a spiraled seashell filled with "magical smoke": you empty your lungs completely, inhale the smoke, and hold at the top, using the moment to unravel old childhood wounds — abandonment, unmet needs, unspoken pain — as delicate threads that dissolve and release. You ascend back through a glass tunnel and up the nine steps into full wakeful awareness, then integrate the experience as your energy body settles back into your physical form, anchored by the closing resonance of a singing bowl.
