You will visit different landscapes over 500 metres of even gravel track loop, stopping along the way for simple mindfulness and creative activities to ease you into a responsive state of mind. You will find features of a recovering ecology along the creek trail, with the aim to immerse yourself fully in the experience of your surrounds and leave with some skills for deep listening, noticing and responding to your environment.
Your guides are locals Bonny Cassidy, therapy practitioner and writer; and Madeleine McClelland, an emerging art therapist, experienced arts worker and ceramicist.
