FLOW Wellbeing Workshop – Discover Your Flow
FLOW Wellbeing Workshops
When was the last time you paused long enough to ask yourself how you're really doing?
Not how you're coping.
Not how you're performing.
Not how you're holding everything together for everyone else.
How you are doing.
So many of us spend our lives in survival mode.
Meeting deadlines.
Supporting family.
Managing health challenges.
Carrying responsibilities.
Moving from one thing to the next.
FLOW is a welcoming, trauma-informed wellbeing workshop designed to create space for you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Facilitated by Karen Humphries, this interactive workshop combines practical wellbeing tools, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and gentle activities that support greater awareness, balance, and personal wellbeing.
This workshop is not about fixing yourself.
It is about creating space to breathe, gain perspective, and leave feeling more grounded, energised, and intentional.
What You'll Gain
✔ Time and space to pause and reflect
✔ Greater clarity around what matters most to you
✔ Practical wellbeing tools you can use in everyday life
✔ Increased self-awareness and perspective
