- Start your afternoon with a signature feel-good Pilates flow led by Chantelle Rose Flows, followed by a grounding guided meditation.

- Refuel with nourishing food and drinks to support your body and soul.

- Receive a personalised mini Human Design introduction — a powerful peek into your unique energy blueprint.

- Join an intimate live Q&A with Julie Mai, a certified Level 1 Human Design reader.

 
End the afternoon with connection and reflection through guided journaling and group activities to deepen your self-awareness and spark new friendships.
