Let’s gather in harmony, 🌿nature, and shared ✨intention.

〜Flow with Nature and Friends is a free community offering designed to nourish your spirit, reconnect you with the Earth, and cultivate new and old friendships in a space of collective reverence.

You’ll be gently guided in creating a collaborative Earth Altar—a sacred space made from natural materials that reflects our gratitude, intentions, and connection to Mother Nature. Bring along leaves, flowers, seeds, nuts, feathers, shells, or any foraged natural treasures to contribute. Together, we’ll weave them into a beautiful offering of presence and reciprocity.

Why Earth Altars?

Earth altars have been used for centuries across cultures as ceremonial spaces to honour nature, mark transitions, and set intentions. These intentional creations help us slow down, express gratitude, and reawaken our bond with the land. By co-creating with others, we amplify our energy and deepen our sense of belonging—both to each other and to the Earth.

This is a space to come as you are, to feel supported by the energy of the group, and to give back to the land with love.

🌺 Please bring natural items to add to the collaborative earth altar.
☕️Bring a keep cup, nibbles or a little picnic for yourself. Tea will be supplied
