FlowMotion Full Moon experience

Join us for an evening of intuitive body movement, free flow and dance meditation.
FlowMotion is a conscious movement practice that provides a safe space to embrace freedom, joy and inner peace. Tune into your body and experience energetic shifts as we move through a musical sound journey. Flowing like the breath, you will be guided through a movement practice of expansion and release, exploring concepts within embodiment and primal states. Relax and unwind, feel free to express yourself or just be. FlowMotion from the mind, through the body, into the heart. Experience the interconnectedness of everything as we unlock the wisdom stored within the body.
The workshop includes:
- Opening ceremony celebrating the Full Moon in Scorpio - a time of deep energetic release. This will include the spiritual ritual of consuming ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening practice to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration.
- DJ ArtKeyTech will be on the decks to orchestrate an ecstatic musical journey.
- Facilitator Tui will guide you with visualisations as a meditative movement practice.
- You can navigate your journey blindfolded to fully immerse yourself in the experience and deepen your connection to self.
Please move at your own pace and do what you feel most comfortable with as you listen to your own body. Workshops are a non-judgemental, safe space where all are welcome to express themselves freely and authentically. Be kind and respectful always.
What to bring:
Something to use as a blindfold. You could use a scarf or a tie.
Water bottle (water available for refill).

Please note: Ceremonial doses of Cacao are not recommended for somebody who is taking antidepressants (Cacao contains MAO inhibitors), has a serious heart condition, has very high blood pressure or suffers epilepsy. Please contact us if this applies to you and we can make alternative arrangements.
