Flows & Cycles

An event dedicated to learning and celebrating what it means to be a woman 💛

We’ll begin in a women’s circle guided by the beautiful Georgia, where we’ll connect with ourselves, each other, and land gently in the space to set the tone for an amazing morning.

Next, we’ll flow through yoga with Lana (no pun intended) exploring traditional asanas and postures that invite you to turn inward and take a brief pause from the outside world. We’ll close our 45-minute flow in Savasana, serenaded by Georgia’s empowering original music. If you haven’t experienced her magic before, you’re in for a treat!

Once we’re grounded, the lovely Sammy will guide a meditation and Reiki session designed to help you lean into your feminine power, embrace who you already are, and step fully into the version of yourself you’re becoming.

After some fresh snacks and cold brew, we’ll settle in with Nutritionist Rachel for a workshop all about understanding our internal cycles. What we know, what we probably should know, and how to best support ourselves through food, wellness, and lifestyle. There’ll be time for Q&A, so bring your curiosity!
