✨ Flow Into You ✨
Presented & Facilitated by Big Fine 🖤
Hosted by Flow Collective Chicago
This offering is about coming back home to your body —
before the props,
before the tricks,
before the “what should I do?”
Flow Into Yourself is a beginner-friendly, refresher-welcoming somatic flow workshop where
🌿 your body is the first prop & first relationship
🌊 movement is an invitation, not a demand
✨ presence leads and flow follows
We’ll explore gentle movement, embodied awareness, and soft entry into flow —
no pressure,
no performance,
just curiosity, care, and connection.
If you’re new…
If you’re returning…
If you want to move with intention instead of expectation…
This space is for you.
Held in community.
Guided with care.
Rooted in embodiment.

We are thrilled to bring back this offering to our community! If you missed the first “Flow Into You”, this is your opportunity to explore what it means to find flow within. Please wear comfortable clothing. We’ll be in a dance studio that requires shoes off! Bring water and anything else to support your movement experience (knee pads, yoga mat, socks) Bring a journal to take notes throughout your experience and at the end for reflections.
