A women's gathering to move, release, and reconnect.

FLOW STATE is an intimate and sacred space where women are invited to come together, reconnect with their bodies, and express themselves authentically and unapologetically.

In a world that often asks us to rush, perform, and disconnect from ourselves, this is an invitation to slow down and return to the innate rhythm that lives within every woman... to move, to be moved, and to come home to yourself.

Through Neigong, Somatics, and Embodied Dance, we'll create space to release what no longer serves you, regulate your nervous system, awaken your life force, and move in whatever way feels true for your body.

This isn't about choreography or dancing "the right way." It's about giving yourself permission to listen inward and allow your body to lead.
