FLUXus AMONGus is an ecstatic dance party for the underground. Inspired by Fluxus, which originated during the 1960’s as an international, interdisciplinary community of artists of all types who engaged in experimental art performances which emphasized the artistic process over the finished product.
Our intention is to amplify the healing magic of the rave without the distortion. It’s a specially curated healing experience that blends the best of Philadelphia's electronic DJ's paired with mindful movement classes by the most sought out local wellness professionals. It is accompanied by a pop-up art studio to deepen the individual’s creative experience. The opportunity to express yourself is available in all forms. The end of the night brings with it a potluck dinner providing space to connect and build community.
Throughout the evening you are given the opportunity to just BE - playful, creative, and authentic. Using the process of engaging and experimenting with the mind, body and spirit in order to detach from the finished product and inspire wellness, creativity and joy.

Theme:
Jupiter is the great benefic and makes everything that it touches greatly expand in a positive light. When it connects with the Sun, there will be an infectious energy in the air. This is a very hopeful and inspiring day. The fairy godmother of the cosmos is entering rebirth mode. Get to know the power of living through giving and loving without needing a reward.

8:00-9:00 - Potluck Dinner (BYO utensils and plates)
Dance:
There are several rules that will be encouraged and kindly enforced:
1. This is a substance free event.
2. No phones on dance floor.
3. There is no talking on the dance floor. Except for Yes or No. The dance floor is a safe space to explore movement with oneself and each other and clear consent it ALWAYS required.
4. Leave every person and place better than when you got to it.
5. Come as you are, flow as you wish.
6. Clarity in the mind, Health in the body, Peace in the spirit, Booty on the dance floor.
Art:
There is a table with art supplies. You are encouraged to bring any art projects or art supplies you'd like to share and work on.
Healing:
There is an altar for connecting with spirit. Card readings and chair massage are also available.

Food! Potluck, Bring your own plates and utensils as we like to make this a leave no trace event, Water bottles (there are water fountains), a sweater (tends to be chilly), flow toys, art projects, sketch pads, instruments, open hearts and open minds.
