Join us at the one-day marketing masterclass, jam-packed with education, stimulation and curated sessions that will help attendees to stay ahead of the game in NZ’s fast-moving grocery and retail sectors. Refund policy

Refund requests must be received in writing to accounts@intermedia.com.au and eligibility for a refund will be based on the following criteria: • Requests received 14 business days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund. • Requests received 7-13 business days prior to the event are entitled to a 50% refund. • Requests received less than 7 business days prior to an event shall not be entitled to a refund or credit note however a substitute attendee may be accepted at the discretion of the organiser. •COVID-19 situation: The situation in relation to COVID-19 is currently uncertain. If The Intermedia Group considers, in its absolute discretion, that the event should be postponed or cancelled, The Intermedia Group will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. In such case, The Intermedia Group will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, expenditure or damage to you incurred as a result of such postponement or cancellation of the event. If the event is postponed, your registration will remain valid for that event. If the event is cancelled, The Intermedia Group will offer you a credit to the same or any similar event organised by The Intermedia Group in future, or refund some or all of the ticket price.
