This registration is for school team managers or coaches only. If your school is not on the list, please take the "new school" ticket.

We will try to run this gender separated. However, since we agreed for you to submit the names on the day of the competition, we can not confirm that until then. So for now we treat it as a mixed event.
Should the majority be gender teams we reserve the right to add the mixed teams to either the men's or women's event.

Please register each team as a separate ticket within one booking. For example if you have 2 boys and 2 girls teams you should have 4 tickets in your basket. If you have 3 mixed teams you should have 3 tickets in your basket.

The person registering is also in charge of distributing and forwarding any information concerning this event.

You have two payment options: online or per invoice. You must register here one way or another.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to close registration for schools. We do not have enough referees. If you wish to enter a school team you will also have to bring a referee. Please contact us directly.

Registration until 23.55h on the 26th of May and standard registration is $90.00 plus cc and booking fees.

Late entries are at the discretion of the DT and will incur an additional $30 plus booking and cc fees. Please contact us directly.

We can send you an invoice as soon as we have received your application here. Please select preferred option during registration process.

Please read carefully. By going ahead with your registration you acknowledge that you are fully aware of our rules and regulations  

School teams are selected by the schools.
You must make up school teams first.

Only if you do not have enough fencers, you are allowed to form a composite team. Composite team entries are at the discretion of the DT. The idea is to allow school fencers of schools with no fencing club or not enough eligible fencers to join the competitions. So called “super teams” are not allowed. The schools that form a composite team must support the application. 
The formation of super composite team is not allowed.

Composite teams are allowed to win the competition and claim the title of regional winners. The winning school team will be awarded the top regional school award.

Schools can submit as many teams as they like.

We have the limitation of 11 pistes (22 teams). Should we get close to sell out, we will select the A team of each school first, then registering, again on a first come first serve basis. Spaces still available will be filled by the B teams. Composite teams are considered B teams. Should there be uneven numbers of teams, historic data and the results from the Individuals competitions, where applicable, will be used to determine the byes.

Names are not necessary at time of registration.

A maximum of four members must be selected to be in the team before the team's event starts. Changes are at discretion of the DT.

No changes to the named fencers are permitted after check in.

All team members are eligible for a certificate and will be asked to join their team on the podium. Certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams only.

Closer to the event date we will publish a timetable. However teams are busy events. Please anticipate a full day of fencing.
