Kristy Dillon is a counsellor and functional nutrition practitioner, and the founder of India Grace Holistics. She works at the intersection of biology, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing - helping people understand what their body is actually trying to tell them, without the diets, the guilt, or the wellness fluff.

Kristy draws on functional nutrition, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, EMDR-informed approaches, polyvagal theory and energy healing - not as separate boxes to tick, but because the body, the nervous system and the emotional life were never actually separate in the first place. She works with root causes, not just symptoms: what's actually driving the fatigue, the fog, the mood swings, the feeling of running on empty despite doing everything "right."

In her work with women in perimenopause and menopause, Kristy also draws on ancestral and lineage-based approaches to women's blood mysteries - the idea that this stage of life isn't just a hormonal event, but a thread that runs back through your mother line, your grandmothers, the women before you. Grief, rage, a body that stops pretending - all at once. Kristy holds both threads: the practical biology of what's happening, and the older story of what this stage of a woman's life is actually for.
