FOGO Champions workshop
(11:30am - 1:00pm)
After three workshops and a year of FOGO, it's time to acknowledge Champions. The program engaged 23 Champions who pledged to make a positive impact on the environment and community. Through the program our Champions have:
- gained a better understanding of what can and can't go in the FOGO bin,
- introduced neighbours to the FOGO service,
- distributed flyers to help residents use FOGO,
- engaged community groups to use the service,
- requested help to improve waste and recycling systems in apartments.
We'll be showcasing the group's collective achievements and how our Champions have made the Inner West a more sustainable place to live. The program couldn’t have been a success without you!
The community information session and workshop will be developed by Meiklejohn Consulting in partnership with Council. Meiklejohn will direct the workshop facilitation.
