Join us for a vibrant celebration of Chilean Independence Day at the beautiful Coorabell Hall, proudly hosted by the team behind El Polaco Kitchen.
After a sold-out event in 2023 that brought over 300 people together for a night of food, music, and dance – we’re back to bring the Chilean spirit to the Northern Rivers once again!
Expect live Latin music by the talented Pablo Laverde, filling the hall with energy and rhythm. We'll be serving a mouthwatering menu of traditional Chilean favourites – think golden empanadas, fluffy sopaipillas, and loaded completos, all handmade with love.
Thirsty? Sip on Chile's iconic Pisco Sours or try the bold and fun Terremoto – a must-have party drink.
🌟 The night will also feature the passionate cueca – Chile’s national dance – with a chance for everyone to join in and experience it first-hand.
