From savoury to sweet, folded to fermented, our inaugural showcase is packed with techniques to help you up your own kitchen game to impress guests, boost your health and make life a whole lot tastier.

You'll learn to make and work with:

fermented hot sauces
fruity, probiotic kefir (like healthy soft drink!)
secret family ice cream recipes
modern takes on traditional Polish dumplings
