Food Innovation Startup Workshop

Finally, an event you can sink your teeth into!

University of Otago, NZ Food Innovation Network, & Startup Dunedin are hosting an interactive, exploratory, and informative workshop designed to give you a clear picture of the Food Innovation support available for Dunedin food & beverage businesses.. 

From people who have a vague idea of a food tech product they’d like to explore, all the way through to established businesses wanting to keep a finger on the pulse for food innovation in New Zealand, this event is open to entrepreneurs and innovators of all stages and backgrounds. 

Topics Covered will include: 

• What the NZ Food Innovation Network can offer you 
• Food product development capabilities at the University Of Otago
• Consumer behaviour, food waste, & innovation
• Common mistakes, traps, and challenges
• Research, development, and enterprise.

The session will conclude with Q+A with an entire panel of experts, so prepare those burning questions ahead of time!
