Food is the Medicine - dinner series

Welcome to this sacred monthly event which is about to unfold before your eyes.

An intimate evening where women will share their wisdom and personal lived experiences around the healing power of food as medicine.

We will gather at the stunning Bay Rd Collective in an open space of sharing, learning and inspiration.

Offering the centre stage to a plethora of incredible women who have transformed their own lives, alongside women who have transformed their clients lives, and healed a wide range of diseases through listening to the whispers of discomfort within our bodies and creating the changes needed to ease these symptoms.

Following this open conversation, we will dine under candle light and experience the full Food Remedy experience of nourishing ourselves from the inside out.

The first event on the 30th June will be an introduction to what is to come, hosted by Food Remedy creatives Beth Corps and Asha Bygraves, where they will open this important conversation around how Food is the Medicine.
