Start your Enlighten Festival evening at Australian Parliament House and take the opportunity to unwind and relax with a glass of bubbles and charcuterie box while enjoying the amazing view of the Festival hub from Queen's Terrace, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check out the quintessential Canberra view to the Australian War Memorial and Mount Ainslie while enjoying the ‘house’ DJ, DJ Sue, playing a mix of laid back tunes.
Then head down to the Forecourt to witness the transformation of the façade into a stunning canvas, celebrating 12 remarkable women who championed democracy and led transformative change for our nation.
Join us for an evening of democracy, colour, and sound.
Tickets are $70 for two people. Price includes a glass of bubbles each and a charcuterie box to share between two.
Event Specific Notes
This event (weather permitting) will take place on Queen's Terrace, one of our unique outdoor spaces. As the venue is outdoors we recommend dressing accordingly. The event takes place after opening hours and all patrons must present valid photo identification with their ticket to attend the event. Entry to Parliament House will be through the main front security entry where you will be met by one of our staff in the Marble Foyer.
During Enlighten you can park for free in our undergound carpark from 5:00 pm to midnight, subject to availability.
