Valid photo identification must be presented to participate in the tour. Without photo identification, participants cannot be issued with a Private Areas Pass and will be refused entry.

Arrival and meeting point
Please enter Australian Parliament House via the main public front security entrance. Our team will meet you in the Marble Foyer and escort you to Queen’s Terrace.

Parking
During Enlighten, complimentary parking is available in the Parliament House underground car park from 5:00 pm to midnight, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Please minimise the number of personal items brought into the building. Bulky items such as large bags, prams, and strollers may delay entry through security.
Entry may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence of illicit substances, or who behaves in a threatening or unruly manner.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times inside Australian Parliament House.
Conditions of entry must be followed, including security screening and inspection of personal belongings. Please allow sufficient time to clear security screening prior to the event commencement time.
