About this workshop

Food noise—those constant, intrusive thoughts about eating—can feel overwhelming for clients and confusing for providers. In this session, we’ll unpack what food noise is, factors that may fuel it, and how you can support your clients in turning down the volume.

We’ll review helpful questions to ask your clients to better understand their experience with food noise and help you feel more confident navigating these conversations. You’ll gain insight into weight-inclusive intervention strategies to help guide your clients toward more food peace.

Finally, we’ll explore how to help clients desiring medication intervention to manage food noise make an informed and empowered decision.
