Food Sensitivities Support Group - September

Many people have food challenges that deeply impact their life: Fodmap, gluten, salicylates, oxalates, amines… you name it!

Meals become minefields, everyday foods can be foes, your social and family life can be deeply impacted, and isolation may creep in.

If you recognise yourself in some or all of this or you’d simply like to explore your foods quirks with people with shared life experience, you are invited to join this casual social group offering peer support and some self-catered food conviviality and fun.
