About Patrick:
Two years ago Patrick Meaney embarked on a journey to learn more about fermentation. He traveled overseas, and lived in Germany where he absorbed all he could about this technique.
"Fermentation is magic," says Meaney. "It is an ancient practice and tradition, and I express deep gratitude to the innumerable cultures who have passed on this knowledge.”
