About Patrick:

Two years ago Patrick Meaney embarked on a journey to learn more about fermentation. He traveled overseas, and lived in Germany where he absorbed all he could about this technique.⁠

"Fermentation is magic," says Meaney. "It is an ancient practice and tradition, and I express deep gratitude to the innumerable cultures who have passed on this knowledge.”⁠⁠
