The Chestnut Tree Bookshop
West Footscray VIC, Australia
Description
Join us to celebrate stories, community, and local voices as the Mayor of Maribyrnong officially launches the Footscray West Writers Fest, coming to West Footscray March 27-29.
Proudly place-based and shaped by the creative energy of the west, the 2026 festival centres on the theme Words and Action as we contemplate how our words can change the world.
Come along, raise a glass to local talent, and help us kick off a weekend dedicated to words, ideas, and connection.
