EMAD YOUNAN

Sydney singer-songwriter, Emad Younan, performs his unique brand of melancholic melodic folk music. Drawing inspiration from his late brother, the brilliant Jesse Younan, Emad is a seasoned story-teller who has a way of melting even the coldest hearts with his tender soul and beautiful songs.

Following a performance on The Voice 2016 where Emad performed a Jesse Younan song, Emad emerged from the studio with his debut EP, ‘Because Everything Changes’. Working with multi-talented producer Sean Carey (Thirsty Merc), the EP is a collection of emotive folk/pop songs chronicling his life experience. Shimmering like cut glass with darker tones bubbling underneath.

Emad is a genuine performer who above all brings a rawness and honesty to every performance that will touch you and leave you wanting more.

CHRISTINE JANE

Christine Jane’s unique sound is described as ‘cinematic blues’. Infusing stories from her deeply layered book of memories with her love of cinema score, blues and folk, she walks the line between modern and romantic, traditional and rebellious. With a voice that evokes the aches of another world and soothes the most savage beasts, her performances are not to be missed.

After years of fronting bands and duos, Cj takes the leap into the world of the solo performer to cut through the white noise of the big city and draw you in close. Come and be transported by the quirky darkness of her forthcoming album SONGS FOR BLEEDING HEARTS.

ANDAMAN

Andaman is a newly formed trio that combines pop sensibility with folk instrumentation and storytelling.

They wrote their first songs in the Springtime, and it shows... mandolins dance as sparrows, guitars are young heartbeats, and vocal harmonies rise like the tide of the sea the group is named after.

The trio have just recorded their debut EP in the lush surrounds of the Blue Mountains, and are looking forward to sharing the collection of songs soon.
