For Freedom - An Online Meditation & Kinesiology Journey

Join me from the comfort of your home, from our different points on Mother Earth, for meditation and listening, for contemplation of Freedom as we identify and liberate energy through our own body in a Kinesiology Group Journey.

Let's bring our intention and attention to our felt sense of freedom, and liberate energy of where we may be blocked or stagnant in our freedom, and allow our native and powerful self-healing capacity of Nature (our bodies are nature!) to guide the process.

What is True Freedom to you?

How would you live your life if you felt completely and absolutely FREE?

Freedom is an inside job, do you believe this? Our beliefs shape our reality.

As above, so below...as within, so without. This is Universal Law.

Energy flows where attention goes. In other words, evolution happens in the places we focus on.

How to Prepare

🪽 if you can, give yourself 5 minutes in stillness before the Zoom call

🪽 you may want a cup of tea or water nearby

🪽 for the kinesiology journey, you may want to sit or lie down (it will be handy to still have easy view of the screen)

🪽 as mentioned, feel free to invite your family and friends to join the call

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic, effective and gentle energy healing modality. In kinesiology we can identify blocks or imbalances in our being and return these to balance with simple yet powerful techniques grounded in Ancient wisdom principles and practise. Energy and it's movement has no limitation by time or space, so online or distance kinesiology is just as powerful as in person work.
