Over my years of being a health coach, as well as my years of healing my symptoms to land in a place of “optimal health”, I have witness what pillars we really need to focus on, to experience feeling our absolute best.

Being able to actually “do” and take action, is the thing that makes the change and allows us to feel our incredible selves. Which is why this in person event will be so transformational.

Within my coaching programs, we focus on pillars such as Diet/Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management/Nervous System Regulation and Fun/Inner child Play, so I wanted to bring all pillars together in an “in person, face to face event” to create an experience for the gutsy girl, who wants to optimise their health by experiencing what it feels like to do so.

We really cannot heal our symptoms, feel our best or optimise our health without focussing on ALL areas. Sometimes it’s the simple, FREE habits that have the biggest impact.

This event is designed to bring awareness to the areas of life that may need your attention, to education you in how to optimise your health to feel the best you ever have, to crush any myths that have drowned you on social media, as well as any limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from healing, over coming your symptoms and achieving your goals. This event will allow you to connect with yourself, with like minded woman and most importantly to have FUN while doing so.

What the day will bring:

🧬 Gut health/hormones workshop…. Split up with activities through the day, to help uneducated you from any misleading BS you may have heard, and re education you on all things primal health.

👯‍♀️ Connection.. connecting with other like minded women, to feel empowered and supported.

🔮Guided visualisation… to drop into envisioning your happiest, healthiest self and recognise anything that may be holding you back from your best version.

😮‍💨 Guided breath work.. our incredible breath work facilitator will take you through a transformative breath, to reveal what needs to be brought forward into your conscious mind, as well as calm your nervous system and drop into your body. If this scares you, it’s likely exactly what you need.

🧘‍♀️ Workout.. A low intensity, high vibe workout to raise your energy, connect your mind and body and have fun.

🫐 Nutritious food … will be provided to fuel your brain and body to give you maximum energy and absorb the education.

🎤 Guest Speaker… an incredible woman who specialises in somatic trauma therapy, will be presenting on the day and taking you through some transformative modalities.
