FOR THE FELLAS 

We all need to allow ourselves to be human more often. 

The profound need for men to have connections and community with other blokes is essential. Sure, your stoic, solo, armoured exterior serves you, of course it does, but that weight gets heavy to hold and in the end, all humans need the support of others. 

As they say "a problem shared, is a problem halved".

This recurring event creates a spot for men to make new connections, to express themselves authentically, being heard and seen in a group setting to are what is real for them. This event is about showing up for yourself. You don't need to carry any burden alone and we DO NOT judge.

You might be feeling great or maybe you're struggling with something going on in your life, either way, all of your experience is valid and you deserve to get that off your chest.  That might look like the unburdening of your own woes, pain, fears, or insecurities by sharing or perhaps you come along and simply sit in and witness other blokes' talk about what is real and alive in them. You'll always get from these events what you are supposed to.
