I'm deeply passionate about taboo conversations & powerful communication.

I've worn many hats and explored many passions to the depths. I'm currently teaching yoga and weaving the wisdom of Yoga & Mindfulness through Yoga Therapy based classes.

My most profound realisation from my apprenticeship, training and ongoing practice in Yoga and Zen is in the power of the breath. A superpower we all have available to us in every moment, should we be present enough to notice!

Since birthing my son in 2021, I have become extra passionate about post-partum care for mamas and am the creatress of For.The.Mama Collective ~ crafting handmade, intentional hampers for Mamas & Papas + events like these just For The Mama!!

My other passion is at the other end of the Life Continuum - as an End Of Life Doula I'm passionate about having conversations about death and dying NOW while we're well so that we loosen the fear and are able to live our LIFE richly.

I believe my purpose is to 'go to depths' through gentle but powerful communication to bring light to taboo topics in society.

I am fascinated by intuition and the inner workings of us Humans.
Particularly the role, connection with and expression of our Spirit through this human experience.

I have dived deep into Human Design, and have been captivated by the impact I’ve experienced and seen around me.

I am in awe of the human body - particularly our ability as women and Mama’s to grow, birth and raise our babes.

I have been called to study many things in my life the most impactful being Mind Body Medicine, Kinesiology, energetic clearing, yoga, somatic exploration, human design and Gene keys.

And I am in devotion to the unending journey that I believe each one of us is on to truly know our Self in a way that nourishes our bones, fortifies our relationships and inspires us to share this Self with the world in what ever way feels most aligned.

I believe my purpose is to guide women back to their bodies, back to their heart, where their innate wisdom lives.
