Forage & Flower Arranging at The Gala Kirk
Description
Step inside the beautiful Gala Kirk for an intimate Great Eastern Wine Week experience celebrating creativity, nature and the beauty found in unexpected places.
Rather than reaching for flowers from a store, this hands-on workshop invites you to look a little closer at the landscape around you. Guided by Missie Austwick, discover the art of foraging and learn how seasonal flowers, foliage, berries, branches and shrubs can be transformed into something truly beautiful.
Missie will encourage you to find your own creative style, working with the natural shapes, colours and textures of the season to create a unique table setting or floral installation. It’s about seeing beauty in what surrounds us — including the things we might ordinarily walk straight past.
Set within the character and charm of the Gala Kirk, this small and exclusive experience is designed to be unhurried, inspiring and a little bit special.
With Gala Estate wines and nibbles to enjoy along the way, spend the morning creating, connecting and discovering a new way to see the East Coast landscape — then leave with fresh inspiration bringing that beauty to your own table.
