With a background in health science and nutrition, Julia's journey led her to recognise the profound impact of natural
ingredients in combatting the complexities of modern lifestyles, processed western diets and chronic stress.
Motivated by her own journey to fill nutritional gaps and inspired by the desire to empower others, Julia established Two Islands.
