Forest and Village 2026

Forest and Village is a gathering for all to reweave the threads of earth-based, soul-centric culture for our region and for our times. A living village of temples, sanctuaries, and sacred spaces woven together by community, ceremony, and the rhythms of the natural world.

This year we hold space for two concurrent but separate spaces: the Women's Village and the Men’s Village. Each is its own experience, rooted in the traditions and wisdom of its community. Both are part of the same larger village.

What to expect

Across the land you'll find active temples dedicated to healing arts, ancestral work, earth medicine, grief, embodiment, and mystery. Programming runs from morning through late evening — some structured, much of it emergent. There is space to lead, space to rest, and space to simply be.

This is not a festival in the conventional sense. It is a gathering — intimate, intentional, and participatory. Attendees are co-creators of what unfolds.

The land

The event is held on forest land with access to nature, fire, water, and open sky. Camping is included with your ticket. Come prepared for the elements and ready to be changed by them.

Practical notes

• In the women’s village, all meals are provided.

• Children ages 3–17 are welcome with appropriate ticketing.

• Children under 3 attend free.

Men's Village

This 4 day intergenerational Village experience for boys & men was born by the belief that men and boys can embody their true power and potential only as part of healthy intergenerational communities that are rooted in wisdom, respect for girls and women, and sacred relationship with the web of life. During these 4 days together there will be an overall focus on deepening our connection with Mystery, sacred play, nature and the more-than-human world. There will be time for for men to be in men only spaces with facilitators guiding experiences towards deeper inner development centered on self-responsibility, integrity & accountability. The boys will have opportunities throughout the weekend to be in spaces with boys their age with facilitators guiding experiences rooted in adventure, fun and learning new skills.

Men and boys will be provided dinner and a light breakfast for each day and are encouraged to bring supplemental food like snacks and lunch. It is required for all men and boys to bring their own camping gear to ensure comfort sleeping during the weekend. There will be filtered spring water provided but it is required for men and boys to bring a durable bottle for refilling water throughout the weekend.

BIPOC Discount

Forest & Village is a majority European descendant white bodied community which endeavors to include people from many cultures and ethnicities. As an acknowledgment of the historically impacted access to resources for people from non European descendents, we would like to extend a 30% discount for Black, Latina, Indigenous and Asian diaspora attendees.  

To receive this discount for all people who self-identify as eligible for this discount we trust in the honor code of right relationship, which is valued in this community for the people who qualify to use it with integrity.

Racial Equity & Inclusion Fund

In our third year of deepening our vision, we're honored to launch a 5K Matching Gift Campaign in support of our new Racial Equity & Inclusion Fund. Thanks to a truly loving and generous donor among us, every contribution made to the fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to 5K.

This is specifically a racial equity fund created to support the leadership, participation, and attendance of Black, Indigenous, Latina, Asian American, Pacific Islander, and all women of the global majority whose voices, lived experiences, and wisdom are essential to how we move forward together. This fund intends to take tangible steps toward greater racial equity within the Forest & Village community by helping to create more meaningful access, representation, and shared leadership.

When you register, you will find an option to contribute to this fund as an add-on towards the end of your registration. You can also contribute directly by sending a Venmo donation to @Forest-and-Village. Please add a note with your payment: “Donation to the Racial Equity Fund”. No amount is too small; every single dollar given will be doubled through this matching campaign.
Scholarships

We have established a fee structure that we hope will support the various circumstances of those who are registering. If additional financial support would be helpful, we do have limited scholarship funds available on a first come, first served basis. Reach out to us at scholarships@forestandvillage.org and tell us a little something about your need and we'll do what we can to meet it. Our scholarship funds are built from the donations we receive. 

To meet our vision of creating a thriving earth-based, soul-centric village that is wholly inclusive, we seek the generosity of community members who have the financial means to support our scholarship fund. If you are able, please consider making a contribution to the fund that will help uplift community members who may otherwise not be able to attend this gathering. You can donate in the registration process or by sending a Venmo donation directly to @Forest-and-Village. Please add a note with your payment “Donation to the Scholarship Fund”. Refunds & Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable after July 1. They are transferable and up to you to find someone who wants to buy your ticket. If you are transferring your ticket, please email registration@forestandvillage.org with the updated information so we can update our records.
