As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to fall, we’re invited into the sacred stillness of autumn—a season of release, reflection, and quiet transformation.

In this four-week online series, you’ll explore the grounding and mystical practices of forest bathing and forest magic—intuitive, earth-based tools that bring you into deeper alignment with the natural world and your own inner wisdom. Designed for women, this offering honors the slower rhythms of fall and invites you to step gently into your own seasonal shift.

Though we meet online, the heart of this journey happens offline—in your local forest, park, garden, or green space. Each session is a doorway into sacred connection with nature, wherever you are.

What You’ll Receive Each Week:

Live Zoom Sessions (Tuesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM ET)
Gather in virtual circle for guided meditations, seasonal teachings and experiential nature-based practices. Each session offers space for optional sharing and reflection. (Replays available if you can’t attend live.)
Forest Bathing Invitations
After each session, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted prompt to take into your local outdoor space—a solo practice to deepen your connection with nature, the season, and yourself.
Downloadable Resources
At the end of our four weeks you will receive a full PDF of journaling prompts, rituals, and earth-based practices you can revisit throughout the season.
Private Community Space
Connect with participants in a private Facebook group where you can share your reflections, photos, and insights—or simply witness and be witnessed in a space of gentle magic.

Week 1: September 9, 6:00–7:30 PM ET

Entering the Season: Grounding & Slowing Down with Nature

As we step into autumn’s threshold, we begin by exploring the foundations of forest bathing—cultivating presence, slowing down, and grounding ourselves in the natural world. You’ll learn how to attune your senses to the quiet magic of your local green space and begin to notice the subtle shifts that mark this time of transition.

We’ll explore techniques to anchor your energy and connect with the earth beneath your feet, using breathwork and mindful movement to support nervous system regulation and deeper awareness. This week also introduces the forest as sanctuary—a sacred space for renewal, rest, and reconnection.

Expect to leave feeling more rooted, calm, and ready to listen to the seasonal wisdom unfolding around you.

Week 2: September 16, 6:00–7:30 PM ET

Tree Wisdom & Ancestral Presence: Listening to the Forest

This week, we deepen into the quiet presence of trees and the ancestral energies that linger in the autumn air. Trees are powerful teachers—offering grounding, protection, and insight—and we’ll explore how to connect with their unique spirits through guided meditation, journaling, and folklore.

You’ll be invited to meet a “tree guide” in your own landscape and learn how to receive messages or healing from this ally. We’ll also honor the thinning veil of the season by acknowledging ancestral presence and the unseen forces that support and walk beside us.

This class invites reflection, remembrance, and a profound sense of belonging—both to the earth and to those who came before us.

Week 3: September 23, 6:00–7:30 PM ET

Forest Magic: Working with the Elements of Autumn

In our third week, we turn to the elemental forces that shape both the forest and our inner world. Autumn holds a special balance of earth and air, fire and water—each with its own wisdom to offer. You’ll be guided through practices to connect with these elements and explore how their energies support release, transformation, and clarity.

Through meditation and simple rituals, we’ll work with the elements to align with the season’s energy: letting go of what no longer serves and calling in what is needed for the season ahead. You’ll leave with practices you can bring into your daily life to stay balanced, inspired, and energetically aligned.

Week 4: September 30, 6:00–7:30 PM ET

Harvest & Release: Nature Rituals for Healing and Letting Go

As the series comes to a close, we’ll focus on integrating all that you’ve gathered—both energetically and emotionally—throughout this journey. Autumn is a natural time for release, and this session will guide you in crafting a personal ritual to honor what you’re letting go of and what you wish to carry forward.

We’ll reflect on your journey through journaling, meditation, and a final forest invitation designed to anchor your connection with nature as an ongoing source of strength and guidance.

Expect to end the series with a sense of completion, clarity, and a set of nature-based tools to support your continued healing, grounding, and growth through the rest of the season and beyond.
