Slow down and step away from the noise of daily life with this nourishing Forest Bathing experience. Guided by a facilitator who spent 8 years living at a retreat in the Coromandel offering mindful nature practices, this session invites deep connection with the natural world.

What to Expect:

A gentle journey into stillness, using the senses to connect with the environment
