Slow down and find CALM with us.

Experience the therapeutic benefits of the Shinrin-yoku - Forest Bathing in Himeji Japanese Garden.

Did you know that Adelaide is the 2nd city in the world behind London to be named a National Park City? Come and discover why in the green space of our Parklands.

This is a time to stop, notice, relax..... and find peace and calm in nature over 2 blissful hours.

Whether you are visiting Adelaide for leisure, business, study, work or live in our beautiful city, if you need to unwind or get grounded, you are welcome.

Our Guides are certified Forest Therapy Guides with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
