What can I expect?

Immerse all your senses in nature during this guided Forest Bathing walk, though the local bushland. Take time out for this mini-retreat to recharge, unwind, notice, ponder, meander and just 'be'. A series of invitations will be offered to help you sink deeper into yourself and place.

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing is a recognised preventative health therapy in Japan, where it originates. Known there as Shinrin-Yoku - it translates to immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the Forest.

Who can do it?

Forest Bathing is suitable for people over 15 years old that can navigate uneven walk trails. The walks are no longer than 1.5 km. There will be periods of optional sitting on the ground.

What do I need?

Water bottle, hat, sun cream, clothes and shoes for gentle bushwalking and perhaps a sarong to sit on.
