📍Location and Arrival Rocky Creek Hut, Razorback Rd, Meadows SA 5201 Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ivqcvgopDxeYC1my8 Meet at the car park. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time. 🚗Getting Here 4 km north of Meadows off B34 (Battunga Rd) → turn left onto Razorback Rd. Free car park 2.4 km along Razorback Rd on the left – dirt road, drive slowly. Alternative: Saddlebags Rd from Kangarilla (steep and corrugated).

Forest Bathing includes deep breathing, slow walking, standing, and sitting or lying in nature. Physical risks relate to walking, breathing and natural hazards like roots or branches. It can also bring up emotions as your body relaxes and releases tension—this is a normal part of the experience.
