Here's what you need to know before the day:

Please wear study footwear and weather appropriate clothing. You are likely to need more layers than normal as we will be moving slowly and stopping regularly.
Bring something to sit or lie on (e.g. yoga mat, picnic blanket, bin liner!)
Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the session starts.
Bring a small bag/backpack to carry your belongings (water, yoga mat, blanket etc.)
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
